At Sport Outfits Shop, we stand behind our performance apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure gear. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Baselayer Bottoms and Baselayer Tops (worn next to skin)
- Leggings and Performance Pants & Tights
Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will happily exchange it regardless of product type.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
- If the exchange item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

As we serve adventurers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
