Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95
- Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- Free Shipping (EMS): For all orders over $50.
- Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand firmly behind the quality of our adventure gear. If your purchase isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, pristine condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items, which are worn directly against the skin, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect:
- Baselayer Bottoms
- Baselayer Tops
- Leggings
- Performance Pants & Tights
Note: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If any of these items are faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will gladly exchange it.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Get Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the completed returns form (which we will email to you).
- Ship It Back: Mail your return to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong or a defective item).
After We Receive Your Return
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product.
- If the new item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference.
- Standard shipping rates apply for all exchanged items.

We love serving globetrotters! For international returns:
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
