5.1 Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the order.

5.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, pristine condition (unworn and unwashed)
• With all original tags attached
• In the original packaging

5.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect:

• Leggings
• Performance Pants & Tights

5.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for our response with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with the completed returns form

5.5 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
